Exclusive to Jenner Recruitment, our client is looking for a Super/SMSF/Risk Client Service Officer to support their busy team!

This well established and professional financial planning practice is dedicated in providing the best possible service to their clients. Due to expansion, they currently have an opportunity for a dedicated professional to join their Client Service team of specialists.
Our client is a boutique full service advice business, committed to providing quality financial advice and service to their high net worth clients. They have a strong reputation in delivering exceptional financial services to ensure that they maximise their wealth, taxation and returns.
They are renowned in the industry as being true professionals at all levels of planning.
They are currently looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to work with their expanding financial planning team, and in return you will be rewarded with an excellent salary, fantastic working conditions and a great office culture.
The Role
As the first point of contact for clients, your focus will be on maintaining and developing new and existing relationships with their clients, as well as providing administrative support within their financial planning team.
Some of the duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Having a solid understanding and experience in Risk - Death, TPD, Trauma etc
- Assisting with new business in the preparation of client files
- Lodgement of investment and risk applications
- Handling client enquiries and contact
- Printing and producing SOA's on time
- Database management
- General Office duties when required
These opportunities do not come along very often!
About You
Within your current Client Services Mananager position within a Financial Planning organisation, you will have demonstrated high values, integrity and have strong ethical behaviours. You will need to possess strong and articulate communication, and will need to work extremely well within a team environment.
You will be client focused and enjoy working within a professional and supportive financial planning team.
To be considered for this role, you need to process the following attributes:
- RG146 is preferred although not essential
- 12 months within the Financial Planning industry is essential;
- Strong administrative and organisational skills;
- Excellent communication and people skills;
- Strong knowledge of Insurance products and requirements
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products; and
- XPlan Financial Planning software would be an advantage
