Our client is a large well-respected volume and semi-prestige Dealer group who have been leaders in the automotive industry for 30 years in south-east Queensland. They pride themselves on selling quality new and used vehicles, including semi-prestige and light commercial, whilst offering genuine good 'old fashioned' customer service. Their franchises are at the forefront of technology and are in high demand.
Due to continued growth and the introduction of new franchises, our client seeks superior Business Managers with Automotive experience to partner with their sales teams to conquer the finance and insurance sales space. The successful applicant must possess absolute meticulous attention to detail, exemplary negotiation skills and superior customer service skills, with the ability to go the 'extra mile' for every customer. With a minimum of 70 opportunities available each month, this position will be both financially and professionally rewarding for the successful applicant.
Essential to your success, our client will require the following key attributes as a minimum:
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, financiers, insurers, vehicle sales consultants and management
- Results driven attitude and commitment coupled with superior negotiation skills
- Stable employment background with dealership specific Finance & Insurance experience
- Strong work ethic,
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to navigate around an array of Financier specific software and applications
- Certificate IV in Financial Services or similar along with the ability to obtain Accreditation with the relevant Financiers and Insurers
- Proven background in maximising profitability and meeting objectives for both the dealership, financiers and insurers
- Adaptability to changing technology, processes, markets and the economy
Reporting directly to the General Manager this position offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility, with the ability to demonstrate proven influential and effective interpersonal style, fitting with the brands, financiers, insurers and their company philosophy. The role requires a dedicated and experienced Finance & Insurance professional with commercial astuteness, exemplary personal presentation and the ability to provide absolute continuous commitment to their clientele.
