A great opportunity for a Client Services Officer to join a prestigious mid-tier Private Wealth Management firm located on Collins St, Melbourne CBD.

The purpose of this position is to support the Investment Advisory, Philanthropy and Family Office teams through provision of administration services. 

Key Responsibilities:

• On-boarding and maintenance of clients including preparation of new client agreements and other applications
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports to clients including data checking for accuracy, collating and inputting of actual data and content, binding and distribution
• Execution of trades including:
  — Processing of cash receipts and payments;
  — Processing of term deposits;
  — Organise buys and sells of listed securities;
  — Organise applications and redemptions of managed funds.
• Asset allocation worksheet generation using Microsoft Excel;
• Assist with client valuations and income updates for assets out of custody within internal systems. 
  

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years' experience in an administration role within financial services
• Advanced MS Office Suite application use – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Proven time management and organisational skills
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
