Your new role

Working in a contact centre environment handling inbound calls from customers, you will provide exceptional levels of customer service whilst complying with banking policy and processes. This is a full time role, and you must be available to work between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday on a rotating roster. You will assist the customer with a range of queries, and use your knowledge of a variety of banking products to provide information to them in a clear and concise manner. You will use multiple systems to source and log information, and be a team player whilst also working towards individual goals.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have great communication skills and possess a genuine interest in helping the customer. You will also have strong eye for detail, and be able to think outside the box in order to resolve any enquiries. Previous experience in a customer service role is mandatory, and experience in a call centre environment or target driven role would be advantageous.
