The Manager or Operations, Administration and Events coordination: 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain an accurate register of membership that meets the Constitutional legal and financial requirements of the organisation and manage the communication management system and databases. 

  • Develop and maintain membership systems and processes. 

  • Monitor and assist in membership communications. 

  • Maintain budgets and adhere to FinTech Australia Financial Protocols at all time and assist the organisations's book-keeper. Experience in book-keeping and management of financial systems and operations preferred. 

  • Maintain records, plans and strategies 

  • Develop operations manuals

  • Working with team members, execute required functions per agreed events strategies and budgets.

  • Develop plans coordinate event activity liaising with internal and external partners.
