The Manager or Operations, Administration and Events coordination:
Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain an accurate register of membership that meets the Constitutional legal and financial requirements of the organisation and manage the communication management system and databases.

Develop and maintain membership systems and processes.

Monitor and assist in membership communications.

Maintain budgets and adhere to FinTech Australia Financial Protocols at all time and assist the organisations's book-keeper. Experience in book-keeping and management of financial systems and operations preferred.

Maintain records, plans and strategies

Develop operations manuals

Working with team members, execute required functions per agreed events strategies and budgets.

Develop plans coordinate event activity liaising with internal and external partners.
