The cash management team is on the front line working with our clients, banking platforms and internal stakeholders ensuring payments are made on time.

This is a great role for an individual who has been working in a bank providing retail services who would like to move to a corporate environment. Alternatively, the successful candidate may be looking to transfer their payments experience within a financial services environment to working for a more a more agile and lean team.



Your New Duties


  • Build effective relationships with clients.
  • Respond to client enquiries relating to various services, financial products, fees and conditions.
  • Manage accounts from opening through to account closure.
  • Identify risks and determine ways to mitigate them.
  • Issue client correspondence in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Act upon client instructions within required timeframes
  • Provision of timely information and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.



Your Background


  • Ideally experience working in retail banking
  • Some experience in settlement, reconciliation, payment and account management practices and processes.
  • Demonstrated customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and show initiative in different circumstances and under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of AML and KYC.
