Unique opportunity with a Global firm. Our client is seeking a high calibre individual to join its team in Sydney CBD.

You must have previous experience in the structured finance space.

Your key responsibilities:

• Reviewing and assessing new finance opportunities ranging from $500k to $50m
• Financial analysis of complex deal structures
• Managing deals end to end
• Writing deal summaries
• Acting as a key liaison point between internal and external stakeholders
• Forecasting and financial modelling
• Preparing credit papers
• Working within compliance guidelines, risk aware

Your skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or Commerce (or similar)
• 3+ years' experience in structured finance
• Experience with mining, energy or telecommunications preferred
• must have previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to see tasks to completion with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effectively manage time, able to prioritise and manage your workload
• Flexibility to work with timezone restrictions
