About the role
You will be a key contributor to the continued success of the sales executives at Mason Stevens through the provision of a wide variety of sales support tasks. The role exists to expand the capacity of Mason Stevens sales executives and provide both existing clients and prospects with high quality interactions at all times.
The role will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Assistance with pitch documents and client collateral
- Day to day ownership of the sales CRM system and associated activities
- Assist in the planning, execution and follow up of client events nationally
- Take responsibility for selected Adviser relationships to drive revenue growth
- Help identify new revenue opportunities and ensure these are followed up
- Work across the business ensuring client experience is high quality at all times
- Identify process and procedural improvements that can be made to improve the client experience
- Assistance with implementation of high quality internal sales activities such as sales meetings
- Assist with the implementation of high quality digital engagement programs and strategies for Advisers nationally

Skills and experience
- Tertiary qualifications (preferably in a financial discipline)
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Pro-active, flexible and determined attitude
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to engage professionally with clients
- Exposure to equities and/or fixed income markets
- Experience in digital engagement, familiarity with CRM systems (eg. salesforce) and strong knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to take a pro-active, leadership approach to selected tasks and projects
