About the role
The Projects@AMP PMO Analyst function provides governance, reporting and delivery support for AMP's enterprise suite of projects to ensure the money AMP invests in projects deliver the best outcomes for customers and shareholders.
We currently have three fixed term contract openings- working in partnership with AMP Portfolio Office (APO), the Finance team, including the Head of Portfolio Finance & Benefits Governance, to provide an Enterprise PMO capability for AMP.
Duties
- Provide portfolio financial tracking and analytics across the portfolio, the business and stakeholder groups
- Provide management, support and coaching for Project Co-ordinators assigned to Projects aligned with Business Portfolio structure
- Provide portfolio reporting and analytics, and support the Governance and FSR processes, including: Portfolio Investment Committee, GLT, and Steering Committee (as needed)
- Initiate and maintain portfolio scheduling and milestone reporting across the portfolio of projects, the business and stakeholder groups
Skills & experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience (5+ years) providing leadership and direction of major transformational/business portfolio/ enterprise PMO or program delivery function, involving strategic value and high impact for the organisation
- 7+ years end-to-end complex Project/Program PMO Experience
- Financial Services industry experience is highly desirable.
- Deep knowledge of Portfolio Management principles, approaches, techniques and tools.
