About US

We're looking for someone who knows how to shine (without being a prima donna), is always willing to learn, and has a genuine knack for understanding customers and their desires.

 

Responsibilities

This position is part of our busy Sydney support team and has come out due to the fast growth of our company. We're looking for a great communicator with heaps of initiative, who is passionate and motivated. 

 

You must:

  • Provide excellent inbound / outbound support via phone, live chat and emails;
  • Handle all the customer inquiries with a magnificent and peerless attitude with full dedication and determination;
  • Liaise with multiple departments to assist in resolving customer queries;
  • Deal with technical queries regarding the trading platforms including analysis and investigations of trades;
  • Go an extra mile by providing remote desktop support to resolve clients inquiries.

 

You must be:

  • A fast learner and hungry for knowledge;
  • Passionate about serving clients with the best of the industry standards;
  • Having outstanding written and verbal (English) communication skills;
  • Computer literate and comfortable in solving technical issues across various software programs / applications;
  • Proactive and take ownership of tasks;
  • Having a positive attitude and willing to communicate with customers;
  • Confident with basic Financial Mathematics and MS Office;
  • Flexible with working hours.

 

Desirable skills:

  • RG146 General Advice qualification;
  • Fluency in verbal communication as well as excellent writing skills;
  • Strong customer service background;
  • Friendly behavior towards team mates;
  • Vibrant attitude with work ethics;
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange trading and trading platform such as MetaTrader 4 and cTrader is an added advantage;
  • Decision making skills.
