About The Role
Role Location: 9 Wedge St, Port Hedland WA 6721
Role Type: Permanent, Part-time
Shift Schedule: 34 hours per week
 
As a Personal Banker, you will deliver the desired customer experience by adopting a positive relationship-based, customer centric approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritising the complete financial needs of customers by educating customers on easy ways to bank. Provide a full range of professional expertise and advice to help customers to meet their financial needs and goals. Dynamically seek opportunities to make appropriate customer referrals to accredited specialist staff and contribute to overall branch profitability, achieving and seeking to outperform against targets.
 
Roster hours
Monday: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM (30 minute break) = 7.50 hours
Tuesday: 09:30 AM - 04:00 PM (30 minute break) = 6.00 hours
Wednesday: 09:00 AM - 04:30 PM (30 minute break) = 7.00 hours
Thursday: 09:30 AM - 04:00 PM (30 minute break) = 6.00 hours
Friday: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM (30 minute break) = 7.50 hours
Total Weekly Rostered Hours: 34.00 hours
