The BDO WA Corporate Finance team is number one in Australia for valuations, independent expert reports and investigating accountant’s reports with the recent acquisition of Tomkins Turner corporate advisory by BDO WA, our combined corporate finance team is now one of the largest in Perth.
The BDO WA Corporate Finance team is growing exceptionally fast and we are welcoming driven, passionate professionals who are looking for an all-round experience to join the team.
The roles
As a Manager/Senior Manager you will work with leading Australian/International clients by:
- Performs a major role in, preparation and execution of Corporate Finance Engagements which will include:
- IERs and IARs
- Valuations
- Due diligence investigations
- Financial modelling
- M&A
- Assist the partners in servicing clients through business development initiatives;
- Monitors progress of engagements and projects covering all team members to ensure that short and long term deadlines are met;
- Preparation of data rooms to support the due diligence process;
- Work with legal advisors on transactions;
- Guiding and supervising junior staff and providing guidance.
- Receive support and training from our 6 Corporate Finance partners in all aspects of engagements.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- 5+ years of relevant corporate finance work within the professional services industry;
- Relevant Tertiary qualification (Commerce, Business Finance or related discipline);
- Post graduate qualification (or in the process of obtaining) – CA, CFA or other appropriate qualifications;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Genuine passion for exceptional client service.
