Before we continue, this job requires a credit & customer service superstar, a top-producer who has a track record of proven success. If you are new to Lending and don't have credit & customer service experiencing working in a Brokerage or Lender, do not apply for this position. 

REQUIREMENTS

What we're looking for:

• Credit Assessment Skills having worked as a Credit Officer/Credit Manager with a lending institution with a preference in a Mortgage Broking business
• Excellent communication skills and is not shy of picking up the phone and having a conversation
• Ability to prioritise, plan and complete multiple projects on-time while juggling priorities.
• Ability to deliver an outstanding customer service experience.
• Ambition to progress in their career and become a Mortgage Broker
• Experience in Credit assessment of complex Self-Employed applications.
• Customer service extraordinaire and willing to go above and beyond to delight clients
• Aptitude for adapting to New & Emerging Technologies, Such as Gmail, Google Drive & e-docs
