The Role

Reporting to the Call Centre Team Leader, the Customer Service Consultant’s focus is to assist customers with their relocation enquiries, action them as required and/or direct them to the appropriate Toll Transitions contacts.

You will be responsible for

  • Management of inbound and outbound service calls
  • Liaison with internal teams and communication of information
  • Collating any required administration to internal and external contacts
  • Liaison with providers and suppliers regarding customer or business requirements
  • Working with the Transition Consultant and the Transition Manager
  • Maintenance of relationships during the relocation process

About You: As the successful candidate, you will have the ability to manage challenging situations, adapt your approach to suit your audience and have high personal standards of honesty and integrity. Your background and skills would include:

  • Current customer call centre experience
  • Exposure to the Insurance, Banking and or Relocations/Removals industry
  • Proven experience with customer data bases and managing information
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, activity driven environment
  • Experience in an environment requiring empathy and patience
  • High level ability to build and manage internal and external relationships
  • An advanced level of data entry skills

The role involves a rotating roster (mostly around business hours Monday to Friday) but would require you to work alternative hours.
