Prior experience in a Financial Planning support role essential
This is an ideal opportunity to work for a premier financial planning business in the Northern Suburbs. Odyssey Financial Services is a boutique financial services company, who has a reputation for providing comprehensive financial advice and exceptional services to clients.
We are looking for a full time EXPERIENCED person to work as a Relationship Manager with our clients.
This role will have the following responsibilities within the business:
- Providing a high level of service to Financial Planning clients
- Providing support to the Financial Advisers in their delivery of high quality advice
- Preparation of advice related documentation and application forms
- Submit and follow to completion applications related to financial plan implementation
- Client file management
- Handling incoming client queries
- Preparation of client reviews
- General administration duties as required
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Insurance and superannuation experience
- Previous administration experience
- Great MS office skills
- Enthusiasm & a positive work ethic
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to forward think and use initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Xplan software
We are looking for someone who has financial planning, insurance or banking background with a minimum of 3 years experience. Remuneration is dependent on age and experience.
