A Leading Financial Organisation with a reputation for providing excellent service to their customers are looking for Relief Member Relationship Advisors to join their team working in the Branch Network based in their Branch in Randwick. 
This role will allow you to use your consultative customer service and sales approach and expertise to provide customers with the best products to suit their needs. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, problem solving and building and maintaining strong relationships with an existing client base. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• You conduct loan interviews with a motivation to understand the member's needs and to match the best possible solution
• Maintaining excellent communication with clients - verbal & written.
• Cross sell additional opportunities
• Compliance and database management
• Customer Service and dealing with enquirers and complaints 

To be successful you will have:

• A proven record of customer service in a financial services environment 
• Self-motivation and driven attitude
• Outstanding customer service 
• A hunger for achieving sales with an energetic and enthusiastic approach
