Established in 2000, we are passionate about providing flexible, tailored financial solutions to primary and post-farmgate producers and suppliers, ranging from small family farming enterprises to large multinational operations, across 31 locations across NSW. You will work closely with Agribusiness Managers, Regional Agribusiness Managers and State Manager to identify and execute on delivering financial solutions to existing and new to bank clients.
Portfolio Management & Origination (“PMO” ) fulfils a key function within Agribusiness. Managing a portfolio of high profile and complex clients in conjunction with Relationship manager, responsibilities include loan structuring, financial and risk analysis, managing the credit approval process and all elements of client portfolio management and reporting.
PMO function is maintained over the larger agribusiness and food fibre and beverage exposures with debt sizes generally ranging from $30m upwards. The PMO team work closely with the relationship teams and Regional Agribusiness Managers, with the primary objective of supporting their origination and cross-sell initiatives with professional and efficient execution.
A key leadership role, the PMO Senior Agribusiness Manager is responsible for supporting the relationship teams to lead the fulfilment of customer led activity & origination of new customer activity within the Banks credit appetite.
Ideally an experienced banking professional with relevant tertiary qualifications, your passion for agribusiness will ensure your success in managing and growing a portfolio of agribusiness clients. Your commitment to continuous improvement as well as your ability to coach and lead a team will ensure your success.
