Our client is looking for someone to help their growing collections team by providing great customer service and to provide support for a business that makes a difference. While there will be some collecting required, this role has an extensive training program and a supportive team so you are never alone.

If you are looking to get into a great starting point to your career that will lead to something, our client is providing one.

Duty

  • Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls.
  • Negotiate collection of outstanding accounts while building rapport.
  • Identify and solve our clients problems by analysing information using multiple databases.
  • Maintain accurate record to ensure relevant information is available.
  • Work with the team to learn and improve your skills.

Requirements

  • 1 years worth of experience in collections or customer service.
  • The ability to learn and work well within a team.
  • To be able to think outside the box and get a result
  • Experience using Salesforce is desired but not necessary.
  • Experience in banking/ finance is a plus but retail will be considered.
