Our client is looking for someone to help their growing collections team by providing great customer service and to provide support for a business that makes a difference. While there will be some collecting required, this role has an extensive training program and a supportive team so you are never alone.

Duty
- Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls.
- Negotiate collection of outstanding accounts while building rapport.
- Identify and solve our clients problems by analysing information using multiple databases.
- Maintain accurate record to ensure relevant information is available.
- Work with the team to learn and improve your skills.
Requirements
- 1 years worth of experience in collections or customer service.
- The ability to learn and work well within a team.
- To be able to think outside the box and get a result
- Experience using Salesforce is desired but not necessary.
- Experience in banking/ finance is a plus but retail will be considered.
