The client

Redpath's client are a leader in the real estate brokerage space, working as a commercial property intermediary. They offer a unique model with access to capital in the Bank and non-Bank space.

Off the back of a pivotal year for deal origination, they now seek a Senior Analyst to work in a shared role across both Funds Management and Origination. 

The role

Reporting to the Executive Directors, you will work closely with the origination team to assess, run and execute transactions. The Funds Management element of this role will see you connecting with an established investor base to fund Equity, Senior and Mezzanine deals. 

As part of this, your key responsibilities will include:

• Building financial models;
• Assessing transaction opportunities;
• The preparation of mandates for transactions;
• Autonomous management of transactions from mandate to settlement;
• Term sheet preparation;
• Preparing credit IMs and information memorandums;
• Build relationships with both Bank and Non-Bank lenders. 

The candidate

You will possess a minimum of five years' experience in commercial credit analysis/valuation, with experience in a similar property finance environment essential. Key to the role is a real strength within financial modeling and real estate analytics and an ability to structure transactions. You must be able to display a thorough understanding of property capital.
