AAB Holdings Pty Limited is a privately owned Australian organisation. Formed in May 2000, AAB Holdings has grown to become a top tier provider of integrated print and visual media solutions, customised logistics and business supplies comprising of Pegasus Print Group; SOS Print & Media; F&M Supplies and AB Warehouse & Logistics. We are the only Australian Print, Visual Media and Logistics supplier providing an end-to-end solution under one roof. With over 250 staff, we continue to expand our Australian based operations with plans for future growth to further augment our already diversified range of products and services.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and driven professional to join the Group to perform an integral management role, providing support and recommendations to leadership, as well as high level technical expertise and business/commercial advice on all matters relating to Finance. You will drive, direct, control and administer all financial and fiscal management aspects of Group Operations and will be responsible for:
- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting
- Providing high-level statutory, financial and management reporting and analysis
- Regular budget consolidation
- Cash flow management and reporting
- Preparing all financial statements on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Ensuring statutory compliance requirements of superannuation, GST, FBT, PAYG, payroll tax etc.
- Maintaining effective internal control processes and procedures
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the Group
- Creating, coordinating, and evaluating financial programs and supporting information systems
- Staff mentoring and development
To be successful in this role you will hold Professional qualifications CA/CPA and have at least 10 years’ experience in a medium to large commercial organisation preferably within a print or manufacturing environment. Experience in statutory and management reporting with good commercial insight, attention to detail and a decisive style will be key attributes. Additionally, you will have experience with Sage accounting and payroll systems.
The role will require an exceptional level of communication, organisation and problem solving abilities. You will have the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders with a view of achieving desired outcomes and the capability to anticipate and manage requirements in changing business conditions.
