About the business and the role
Super Centric is a boutique and privately owned SMSF and Portfolio administration firm. We are passionate about Superfund compliance, technology and providing a client centric service for Financial advisors, Accounting firms, Brokers and Institutions.
We provide SMSF and Portfolio administration services to professional firms around Australia. Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced SMSF accountant or manager to join our firm and take on the challenges of managing a team with view on process efficiency and client management.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor workflow
- Adherence to service levels.
- Establish and monitor reporting
- Client service and direct client communications
- Mentor team of SMSF Accountants
- Strong SMSF accounting and technical skills
- Provide training and support to the team
- Review year-end accounts and annual returns
- Deliver operating efficiencies through Class Super and business systems
- Ensure a team culture and actively involve yourself in the firms goals
Skills and experience
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills combined with SMSF technical expertise and experience in practice management. A unique ability to work autonomously with a high attention to detail and contributing to a motivating, professional team environment which will lead to growth within the business.
- 3+ years in SMSF Industry
- CPA/CA qualified (not essential)
- RG146 qualified (not essential)
- SMSF Accounting and Audit knowledge
- Experience with Class Super would be preferred(not essential)
