Your new company
Our client is a national firm specializing in general contracting, construction management, project management and design management.
Your new role
You will be reporting directly into the CFO and will be responsible but not limited to:
- On-boarding new starters
- End to end payroll for 350 + staff
- Processing superannuation
- Understanding legislation and tax across Australian states
- Managing manual time sheet processing
- Understanding awards
- Handling queries
- Ad hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience processing end-to-end function of payroll. Any prior exposure to working in a high volume environment and exposure to interpret awards or EBA's is highly desired as is experience in construction space. To provide the expected high level of customer service at all times, your written and verbal communication skills must me exceptional. Ideally you will be outgoing and flexible, able to work in a forever changing and dynamic environment. As well as this you must have experience using the system micro-pay meridian.
