Boutique firm in the East seeking a senior accountant to supervise a team of accountants and grow into manager
Your new company
Your new firm believes in providing a high level of service to their long standing clients. They are experts in the field, and believe in promoting a great team culture in the work place. Your new firm provides their team with expert training, and believe in an open door policy to the director. You will be located right next to the train and bus stations, as well as having your own personal car park.
Your new role
You will initially step into the role with a balance of advisory and compliance. As you become more familiar in your role, you will step away from compliance, and focus instead on providing comprehensive advisory to clients, as well as business development. You will be responsible for mentoring and reviewing the work of staff, ensuring they are delivering clients the highest quality of sevice.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified. You will have experience mentoring and reviewing the work of junior staff. You will be a strong team player, with a desire to promote excellent culture within the firm and with clients. You will have outstanding communication skills, with a desire to progress your career.
