Our client is a well-known privately owned organisation experiencing exciting growth in an industry that is set to develop rapidly in 2018 and beyond. Working within the diversified property sector you will be a part of their expanding finance team maintaining adequate accounting records and preparing monthly reports and annual statements.

Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Manager your duties will include:

• Preparation of month end financial reports,
• Variance Analysis, Actual v Forecast
• Review and analysis of Profile P&L
• Reconcile GL Accounts and ledgers
• Ad hoc reporting for senior executives and compiling of working papers.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as an accountant in both management and financial accounting with CA or CPA qualification. You will demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within the business. You will work well under pressure and have a willingness to apply yourself to meet deadlines. You will have strong Excel and be very capable on ERP accounting systems.
