A technology company with a difference, Our client is growing at a rapid rate and is developing its international footprint. This business is unique in many ways and due to increased business levels require a part time Accounts Officer to join their team, 3 days per week for 8-10 weeks.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast paced environment within their hardworking and respected Finance team. The role reports directly to the Financial Controller and entails the following:-
- Entering Invoices of high value
- Processing invoices into ERP System (Netsuite)
- Supplier reconciliations
- Ad hoc payments
- Assist Accounts Receivable
- Additional finance tasks as and when required
To be successful for the role you will be an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who has worked in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Netsuite experience is desirable however not essential.
