We are an Australian privately owned construction, manufacturing and distribution business that has been operating for over 14 years. Our fast growing business has a positive and driven culture led by a progressive management team. 

To help us reach our vision of expanding the business, we are looking for an Accountant. This involves:

• MYOB management, including Inventory Management software  
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable in MYOB
• Invoicing
• Bank Transfers
• Payroll & Payroll Tax
• Superannuation
• PAYG & BAS preparation and lodgement
• Workers Compensation
• Monthly Financial Reporting 
• Reporting to Directors 
• General Accounts & Administrative Duties  
• Supervision of MYOB retail manager

You will need the following:

• In depth, relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a similar business.
• Tertiary qualifications of Diploma or higher.
• The ability to work and communicate with the management team and employees.
• In depth MYOB knowledge and experience.
• To be able to work to tight deadlines.
• To be able to communicate and articulate information and financial strategies to the management team. 
• To be organised and professional in your approach.
• Have a proactive, "can do" approach.
• Good people skills.
