Our client is looking for an experienced Business Partner to support the Executive team during an important period in the firms development. With a number of key strategic projects underway it is vital that the business continues to receive outstanding support from finance and this role will be key to ensuring that the highest standards are maintained.

Role Overview

Working under the Head of Finance, and supported by a team of 2 analysts, this individual will be responsible for the delivery of all core FP&A activities including managing the provision of ongoing commercial support to the business and managing the annual budget process.

Responsibilities

• Provide business partnering and Commercial insight to the Executive Management team.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting cycle including delivering the company-wide annual budget
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A
• Help mentor and develop junior staff members

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will be an experienced business partner with exposure to the Financial Services industry. Experience in Wealth Management and a working knowledge of distribution would be ideal. The role is an ASAP start so preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available or on short notice periods.
