With a project focus and transitioning into a reporting/controllership role your responsibilities will include:
- Month end financial and management reporting [Project related]
- Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and analysis of variances [Project related]
- Quarterly consolidation reporting
- Yearly statutory accounts reporting and disclosure notes [Project related]
- Yearly consolidated financial statements and disclosure notes
- Inter-company transactions/follow up-project related
- Monitoring of projects and liaising with external project auditors
- Development of accounting policies and procedures
- High level stakeholder engagement
You will be CA/CPA qualified ideally with strong technical accounting experience - a background or experience in property would be an advantage but not a prerequisite. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels, have a positive approach and be a confident self starter.
This role presents a great opportunity for a strong Senior Financial Accountant to step up into their first Finance Manager role.
