Our client, a young exciting business now requires an experienced Finance and Payroll Officer to join their business based in Melbourne's North.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will possess strong experience in monitoring and control of expenditure; cash management; risk management; compliance with audit and legislative requirements; and the provision of financial analysis and advice on key decisions. The Finance Manager also takes responsibility for the performance and management of payroll, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
.As the key person, this role will be responsible for:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Import sales and wages journals from FT360 into MYOB, including reconciliation
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Inter Company invoices
- Journal entries for bank transfers
- other ADHoc entries
- Payroll
****Recruitment Agency experience would be advantageous****
In order to be successful you will have :
- 2+ years working in a similar role
- 2+ years Payroll experience also
- Available ASAP
