The Company
Continuously expanding across the country, this retail business is entering another phase of growth, and is currently looking for a driven and engaging Commercial Analyst to join their passionate team. This role is key to supporting and advising the senior management team in making high quality business decisions.
The Role
- Partner with operational stakeholders across the business to identify lucrative business solutions and improve the overall commercial outcome;
- Deliver and interpret reporting and analysis on trends within the industry;
- Provide inside on performance and analysis around key performance issues;
- Support operational managers in driving and implementing strategic initiatives;
- Develop business models to support key business outcomes;
- Provide annual budgets for business units.
The successful candidate
- CA /CPA qualified or due to complete program and degree qualified in Finance related subject;
- Previous experience in a commercial finance role within retail or FMCG business;
- Experience analysing data and applying problem-solving techniques;
- Excellent communication and outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders across the business;
- Advanced Excel skills; Working knowledge of SAP systems/ Hyperion (desirable but not essential).
