Immediate opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist based in Sydney's South
Your new company
Based in the Southern suburbs, this FMCG organisation produces and distributes a diverse range of products.
and is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to join their fast paced team. This company offers a supportive working environment for its employees with the opportunity to learn and develop within the role.
Your new role
Sitting within the Finance Team and reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
- Initiating first contact with customers
- Calling clients to chase for payment
- Allocations
- Rebates and claims resolution
- Reconciliations
- Analysis of accounts and reporting
- Daily enquiries
- Ad hoc admin/filing as required
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role. This role will focus mostly on payroll however you will need to be happy to help out in other areas of the business especially within AP and AR. The successful candidate will have:
- Previous local experience within a similar role
- Previous experience working within construction
- Strong Excel and exposure to large ERP
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A friendly, can do attitude
- Motivation and attention to detail
You must be immediately available for work or on 1 week notice maximum.
Public transport is limited and you will need to have your own transport.
