One of the world's largest professional services firms that specialize in litigation and commercial law has a rare opportunity within its Sydney office. Overseeing an active ledger of 700 accounts one will have complete ownership of their ledger, review processes and assist with process improvements. Excellent opportunity to work for a global leader in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an active ledger of 700 accounts
- Identifying delinquent accounts and create an action plan
- Chase outstanding invoices via phone or email
- Review and submit write-offs
- Bank reconciliations
- Receipting and allocation of daily payments
Essential Criteria
- Availability to start immediately is ideal
- Minimum 3 years of experience within a full function credit or collection position
- Ability to provide high level of customer service to both external and internal members
- Previous experience in working in Financial Services, Legal or Professional services is ideal
