The role available is a temporary 3 month end-to-end accounts receivable position based in Richmond. The role includes an attractive rate and the opportunity for personal development which will potentially include additional system training. This role would be ideal for a candidate that are immediately available to start work.
Client Details
Our client is an retail company that operates numerous consumable brands from their head office Richmond. This particular clients operates three seperate brands which are distributed throughout Australia. Our client has an excellent team culture in which they work closely together to meet project-driven targets.
Description
Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:
- Full function accounts receivable processes
- Chase payments over the phone/by mail or email
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues
- Conduct credit checks
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Generate financial statements and reports monthly
Profile
The successful candidate must have the following experience:
- Previous experience in an end-to-end accounts receivable role
- Previous experience within a retail or FMCG industry is preferred but not essential
- Has experience using Excel and ERP systems such as MYOB, SAP, or Oracle
- Previous experience working with high volumes of invoices
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work in a small team
