We are an Australian owned family business specialising in heavy haulage towing and salvage operations, along with Automotive Smash Repair. We strive to provide the best customer service.
About the role/duties
We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team.
Duties will include:
- Invoicing/Receipting
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Following up Purchase Order Numbers
- Managing Debtors Portfolio
- Assisting with Towing Incoming Calls and Enquiries
- Assisting our Tow Truck Drivers with face to face enquiries
- General Administrative duties within the Towing Office
Skills & Experience:
- Accounts Receivable/Payable experience (minimum 2 years)
- Administrative background
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to use initiative
- Be able to multitask
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Knowledge of the transport industry
