This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who needs flexibility and is able work remotely and assist with all aspects of Bookkeeping.
The successful applicant will be a Bookkeeper who has experience working autonomously and is competent in all aspects of Bookkeeping. The Finance Director will be ensuring your work is up to reporting standards and at a satisfactory level as you will be completing all Accounts to Trial Balance and assisting with other ad hoc duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Processing reports, completing BAS/IAS
- Third party sales invoicing in MYOB
- Management of cash flow and financial statements
- Payroll processing using MYOB
- Understanding of multiple EBA's and Awards
- Superannuation calculations
- Accounts to Trial Balance
- Record keeping, data entry, updating employee records and electronic archiving
Key Requirements:
- 1 or 2 days per week likely working remotely (from home)
- Proficient with Excel spreadsheets (intermediate/advanced level)
- Competent in all aspects of Bookkeeping including Payroll processing
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely from home
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, adaptable and diligent with a positive and approachable attitude
