My client is a leading commercial aluminium and glazing specialist operating across Victoria. With a turnover in excess of $10m, they employ over 30 staff onsite in their factory/offices located 14km north of the CBD.
Due to continued growth they are now looking to add an Accounts Payable/Payroll Officer to their close knit team.
The Position
Reporting in to the Director, you will be working alongside the Project Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Estimating Manager.
This position would suit someone who is happy working as part of a small team within a small to medium size business and apply prior accounts payable and payroll experience.
Your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to;
Duties:
· Ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function.
· Managing the payroll run
· Processing variations and progress claims
· General administrative support to the team as and when required
Your experience;
· Previous Accounts Payable experience (min. 2 years)
· Previous experience in a construction environment using MYOB
· Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards
