This well-known Australian business that specialises in architectural design has an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional that enjoys both accounts payable and receivable. Due to significant growth, they have created this permanent position to assist the Financial Controller with day-to-day transactions.
Responsibilities:
- 3 way matching of invoices
- Processing 30 invoices a day
- Scan and archive supplier documentation
- Maintaining data master file for suppliers
- Preparation of payment run
- Processing of staff expenses
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Daily banking
- All reconciliations
- Prepare manual credit notes and adjustments
- Assist Financial Controller with month end items
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience within a varied accounting position
- Desirable to have experience with MYOB
- Ability to demonstrate working autonomously and within a team
