Your new company
This Melbourne CBD based firm is seeking an experienced supervisor/manager to join their professional and down to earth team. This firm offers clients a full suite of services, with the ability to provide their clients with a high level of technical expertise. A fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to work with a reputable mid tier and work towards partnership.
Your new role
Working closely with the senior directors, you will:
- Review and provide quality assurance on products/work being delivered to clients
- Be able to identify, apply and provide recommendations on business planning, business/tax structuring, benchmarking
- Manage client list and WIP time
- mitigate risk and consider planning strategies to minimise in areas such as: assessable income, allowable deductions, hire purchases/leases amongst others.
What you'll need to succeed
In this role, you will be required to have at least 5 years’ experience working in an Australian Accounting Practice in a Business Services and Tax capacity. You will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in computer literacy and tax software. You will be able to lead from the front, motivate and develop your team.
