We are a medium sized building and construction company seeking to employ a versatile and pro-active individual to take on the roll of bookkeeper as well as general office administrator.
Based in our Footscray office, the role is full time with excellent remuneration and conditions based on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Payroll and related returns
Accounts reconciliations
BAS preparation
Cash Flow Management
Monthly Reporting
General office duties as required
Key requirements include:
Proficient in the use of MYOB
Proficient in the use of MS applications
Excellent organisational skills
Clear and accurate communication skills
Minimum 5 years experience
