The Role
Working closely with the Manager you, the Billings Supervisor will be leading the Billing team through a period of transformation. You will be responsible for’
- Drive continuous improvement
- Resolve escalated queries
- System enhancements and upgrades
- Effective management of the client data base & accounting system
- Reduce client debt
- Reporting; end of month end billing, client statements and Debtors Ageing, exception management, financial performance, individual KPI’s and Financial Governance.
- Coach, mentor and empower staff
The Candidate
The successful candidate will come with strong change management experience, will be driven by continuous improvements and best practices. You will poses project experience including frameworks; Lean & 6 Sigma. You will have advance Excel skills and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
