Nestled in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges, this much-loved company has been involved with retail and wholesale fashion business for generations.  To support their active retail stores and growing online presence, they are seeking an experienced and hands-on Accounts Payable Officer to join their team.

Working as a key member of their busy finance team, your role will be varied and will include:

• Processing high volumes of invoices into system, cross checking order details and supplier costs
• Daily / Weekly account reconciliation and cash flow updates
• Managing foreign currency payments in line with company policy
• Assisting with end of month processes and reports
• General administrative support as required.

To be successful you will:

• Demonstrate a practical,  “can-do” approach to a busy AP role
• Be highly organised with great attention to detail
• Have proven problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Be proficient in the use of MS Excel and ERP accounting packages
• Enjoy taking ownership of your role while being part of a supportive team.
