Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Processing end-to-end Accounts Payable
- Processing approximately 300-500 invoices per week
- Three-way matching with Purchase orders and delivery dockets
- Coding invoices accurately to multiple cost centres
- Ensuring that invoices are processed in a timely and correct manner
- Weekly and Monthly reconciliations
- Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders regularly
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients billing issues
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Payable role. Other criteria will include:
- Experience with high volume end-to-end Accounts Payable processing is critical
- Previous Tech1 experience would be advantageous
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and timely work processing is essential
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- intermediate skills in excel
