Your new company
A government agency based in the Melbourne CBD
Your new role
Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will be responsible for:
- collating, validating and storing financial data
- analysing qualitative and quantitative financial information
- assisting with financial risk assessments
- providing advice on mitigation strategies and liaising with providers
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you will ideally have:
- full or partial CPA/CA qualification
- a working knowledge of financial statement preparation, profitability analysis, financial KPIs, cash flow and balance sheet analysis
- proven experience analysing financial performance across a range of organisations
- advanced Excel skills
- experience working within a government agency/department
