The Role
This is an autonomous role in a lean team, so you will have to be comfortable running with your own ideas, solving complex problems, and dealing with senior stakeholders in different time zones. Your focus will be broad, covering the full suite of compliance issues, while:
- Establishing, rebuilding and improving various frameworks
- Predicting regulatory change and implementing responses
- Working with the business to achieve responsible, sustainable growth
- Handling relationships with regulators
- Leading monitoring and reporting exercises across a range of issues and incidents
