An exciting opportunity has arisen at Gate Gourmet for an Accounts Payable Coordinator in our Finance team located at our Mascot Head office. Position summary: The AP Coordinator reports to the Accounts Payable & Credit Control Manager and is responsible for Liaising with internal stake holders (Operations and Head Office management) in ensuring approval/ authorization of invoices are in line with Finance Approval Matrix. Other responsibilities would include:
- Entering invoices (inventory / non-inventory)
- Performing 3-way match for inventory invoices
- Liaising with Procurement on Price / Qty variances to be resolved prior processing of invoice payments
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Communication with Suppliers and attending to Supplier queries
- Assisting and running weekly payments (4 entities)
- Responsible for ensuring correct data set-up for all customers
- Ensure deadlines are met for all business activities
- Ensure data accuracy at every step of the process
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with identified stakeholders relevant to the role
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years full-function Accounts Payable experience, at least partly gained in large/ high volume multinational environment
- Prior SAP Experience will be highly beneficial
- Experience with inventory systems
- Strong, multi-focused administration and co-ordination experience in a complex, deadline orientated and fast- moving environment.
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word at an intermediate/advanced level essential.
