THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
Successful candidates will enjoy working in an environment whereby company culture is highly valued. Your responsibilities include:
- Making subcontractor payments in a timely manner
- Process a high volume of supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Perform reconciliations of supplier accounts
- Reporting monthly on key outstanding issues.
- Daily filing of payments and sorting incoming mail.
- Handle calls from and to suppliers for any enquiry
- Assist in the development of accounts payable systems, policies and processes and ensure continual improvement of these functions for the organisation to ensure they are aligned to corporate objectives, strategies and values.
Who are we looking for?
In order to succeed in the role you will hold the following:
- Prior experience making subcontractor payments in an Accounts payable position.
- Competency using Jobpac Microsoft excel (Desirable)
- Excellent communication and written skills
