Global law firm on the lookout for an experienced Billing officer to join the Melbourne business on a contract basis. 

You will be required to provide a high quality billing service, specifically in relation to special billing requirements and some e-billing and administrative billings tasks as requested. 

You will liaise with client support coordinators on any bill amendments required, as well as perform sufficient analysis to ensure instructions are complied with. You will perform out of cycle billing, participate in user acceptance testing of new billing processes, follow up on bills not posted in the system and assist with correcting client contact details when required. 

In addition you will be required to perform ad hoc finance tasks as required. You will also need to support the business transformation change and business process efficiencies.

To be considered for this role you will have previous billings experience within a professional services environment (Legal/Accounting/Consulting). You will have outstanding attention to detail and professional presentation. You will be highly motivated and a team player. You will be resilient and able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
