Fuelled by continued growth, they are looking for a forward thinking FP&A analyst to join their business partnering team.

As a FP&A analyst, your role will be crucial to support the team achieve its organisational objectives. Working closely with the team and the Head of FP&A, this division will oversee all commercial and finance analysis reporting for the group.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of cash flow, budgets and ongoing monitoring of financial performance
• Delivery of robust and accurate forecasts on a timely manner
• Business partner with various stakeholders across the firm to provide strategic financial insights
• Involvement in month end business financial packs, with reviews and variance analysis
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and general ad-hoc duties as required

Key requirements:

• CPA/CA qualification with 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in a professional services/legal industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability in working with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
• Effective self-management to achieve delivery of results in a professional manner
• Must have experience using BI or ERP tools
