An industry leading and much loved eCommerce business is currently seeking a commercial finance manager to join their Sydney based headquarters. You will play a key role in partnering the business to drive performance whilst maintaining a strong financial control framework. More specifically, you will work alongside the digital and marketing teams in order to achieve continued sales growth and profit targets in addition to longer term strategic plans. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the digital & marketing teams in the development of annual budgets for each category and translate into re-forecasts throughout the financial year to ensure realization of the annual financial targets. 
• Ensure business requirements are met through the delivery of a suite of business reports analyzing sales and GP performance.  
• Support the marketing team in delivering their plans and analysis of investment ROI to ensure marketing funds are allocated efficiently.   
• Weekly and monthly performance reports and preparation of inputs to the month end business performance review.
• Partner with  digital and marketing teams to identify opportunities to enhance business performance through insights on pricing, promotional effectiveness, loyalty program and product range. 
• Perform ad-hoc analysis on sales, GP and inventory including preparation of ad-hoc reports as required.  
• Assess risks and opportunities against financial targets and provide recommendations for mitigating actions.  
• Continually assess finance business processes to focus on value add to strategic priorities whilst driving improved efficiencies.
• Provide support and leadership to a team of two analysts.

You will possesses the ability to lead and use complex financial information to influence key stakeholders, both internally and externally. 7+ years in commercial finance and a finance qualification is a must, whilst previous eCommerce/digital experience is highly desirable.
