Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will also provide support to the business and functional units by responding to enquiries from both internal and external customers. Duties also include monthly reconciliations, accounts payable, payments and assisting in other month end duties.

- Processing supplier invoice in adherence to DOA guidelines
- Processing employee expense reimbursement
- Payment generation for suppliers and employees into the online banking system
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts including follow up of variances and resolution of queries
- Assist with the implementation of process changes impacting accounts payable
About you
- Basic accounting knowledge including coding of accounts
- Understanding of GST
- Computer literate
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, coupled with great communication skills will see you excel in this role.
